The separation of software and hardware has brought great changes to the iterative upgrading of intelligent vehicles. The industrial chain mode will change the enterprise's strategic positioning into the advantages of new electronic and electrical architecture, such as key modular domain control, simplified harness system, software cloud upgrade, etc., which meet the needs of automobile evolution and is the basic guarantee for the realization of mass production of intelligent vehicles. However, along with the evolution of automobile, it also brings a great challenge of uncertainty. Because the new electronic and electrical architecture will greatly change the traditional business model. The future business model changes, not only in the consumer side, but also in the manufacturing side, who will build the car? "In the process of forming a new industrial chain, we must quickly position ourselves. Which end of the industrial chain do I belong to and where is my boundary?" Yang said In September 2019, anbofu and automobile reached a strategic cooperation. It is planned to jointly establish an automatic driving joint venture company to develop L4 / L5 level automatic driving technology. The role of the host plant and the supplier is changing, and this kind of cooperation is a typical case under the change of industrial chain mode. In the new business model, it needs to explore who should do what, what kind of effect should be achieved, and what mutual benefit should be achieved. In the future, the main engine plant will also be impacted by the software. They will actively engage in software development, and many software development work originally belonging to suppliers will be taken away by the main engine plant. According to Yang Xiaoming, it is not a kind of "interest struggle" for both the main engine factory and the supplier to develop software, but the embodiment of the new model. The software demands of the host factory are concentrated on the end customers, that is, what kind of applications the owners need, and the software that determines the user experience must be dominated by the vehicle enterprises.
