On November 13, at the China International hi tech fair, the Shenzhen municipal government issued a road test license plate to the company autox, which became the first enterprise to pass the automatic driving function test in Shenzhen. This license plate shall pass the joint working group of Shenzhen intelligent Internet vehicle road test, including the review of Shenzhen Transportation Bureau, Shenzhen industry and Information Bureau, Shenzhen Traffic Police Bureau and Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission, and pass the automatic driving function test in Pingshan closed test field of Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission. Founded in 2016 by Xiao Jianxiong, an AI expert and former Princeton Professor, autox is a company specializing in L4 level automatic driving.
