Klaus Straub, chief information officer and vice president, resigned this week, leaving the post of chief information officer vacant, German auto Weekly reported on October 17. BMW confirmed on October 17 that Klaus Straub, BMW's chief information officer and senior vice president, had decided to leave BMW for personal reasons and had already left BMW this week.
