The finance of the autonomous region arranges special support funds for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles, focusing on the construction of charging infrastructure "short board" and supporting operation services. The development and Reform Commission of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region recently issued the action plan for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (hereinafter referred to as "the plan"), striving to increase the number of new energy vehicles in the region by 100% to more than 146000 by the end of 2020 compared with that before the action. The plan has set the overall goal of the promotion and application of new energy vehicles in the whole region. Among them, in view of the current lag in the construction of charging piles, the owners of new energy vehicles are often faced with the embarrassment of charging difficulties. According to the plan, the parking lot of autonomous region level authorities (including the units directly stationed in Yongzhong) and state-owned enterprises should be equipped with charging facilities according to the proportion of parking spaces not less than 20%; the parking lot of municipal level authorities and state-owned enterprises should be equipped with charging facilities according to the proportion of parking spaces not less than 10%. The administrative departments at all levels shall include the completion of charging facilities construction indicators into the scope of energy conservation and emission reduction assessment indicators. All localities should actively explore the secondary design and transformation of old residential areas, and add and charge sockets to better serve the application of new energy vehicles. In addition, on both sides of Urban Non traffic trunk lines and sidewalks meeting traffic and safety conditions, charging facilities can be built in places where small new energy parking spaces can be planned and implemented after investigation and confirmation.
