Today I want to introduce to you the topic of the development trend of the technology and application of the Internet of vehicles industry. First of all, we have returned to the connotation of Internet of vehicles enterprises once again. Some people say that's the old question why do you have to say it. In fact, when we study the Internet of vehicles, about seven or eight years ago, what do we think of the Internet of vehicles at that time? The Internet of vehicles is the on-board information service, that is to say, we install it on the central control screen of the car, and we install it in the rear-view mirror or the OBD in front of the car to provide us with some information services. But let's take a look at the Internet of vehicles now. We think its definition is to interact with people, vehicles, roads and clouds through the intranet, the Internet, the road network and the cloud network of vehicles. It is also a physical information fusion system that realizes intelligent and dynamic information services, intelligent control and intelligent transportation management applications. Please pay attention to my final conclusion, CPS. In fact, when we proposed this definition two years ago, many experts in the industry raised this question. They said that CPS is not industry 4.0. Why do you think the Internet of vehicles is CPS. Because we believe that the vehicle networking is not only the interaction of physical information, but also the interaction of other relevant data information. It is a large information physical system of human, vehicle, road and cloud. Professor Li Keqiang of Tsinghua University put forward a concept at the intelligent Internet automobile conference two days ago, which is the first time I heard about it. He said that ICV is CPS and ICV is a system of information and physical integration. In fact, we believe that the future of intelligent transportation is also CPS, so CPS has moved from CPS in the workshop proposed by industry 4.0 to such a system as factory, industrial chain, and industrial large people, vehicle, road and cloud interaction and hierarchical collaboration. On this basis, the interaction and collaboration of the whole data has formed a state of large development trend and foundation. Therefore, with the continuous development of the whole Internet of vehicles technology, through its Internet, through the Internet of people and vehicles, the Internet of vehicles and vehicles, as well as the Internet of vehicles and roads, as well as a series of Internet, it has opened up related industries. In the past, we said that the Internet of vehicles is the information and communication industry, so our earliest martyrs are all from the ICT industry. At present, it is not entirely true that it has both cars and transportation. At the same time, our geographic information system has become a key node in our industry, so this industry is constantly huge. In a word, the development of the Internet of vehicles industry is of great significance to the promotion of informatization or digital transformation of the whole related industries. From the application level of the Internet of vehicles, the first is the vehicle information service. The vehicle information service will have a platform, and the starting platform is closed. The closed platform will gradually open into an open platform, and the open platform will integrate related industries, so its data service will start. With the progress of communication technology, there are 2G, 3G, 4G, to 4.5g, 5g, 5.5G, or we call the progress of c-v2x. Such an application of vehicle road collaboration has also begun to come up. Through vehicle road collaboration, the application of safety and energy efficiency will be improved. Go down, with the development of the whole, we will build a network of people, cars, roads, and clouds, an infrastructure of data exchange, on which to realize the development of intelligent transportation. At the same time, four big application data will gradually enter into the production related to the whole automobile manufacturing in the future, forming the interaction before and after the automobile production in the whole life cycle, which has played an extraordinary role in the development of the whole automobile industry and the transformation of the automobile industry strategy. This is a major project about lte-v2x that we have done in Wuxi this time. What is the most important problem solved in this major project? It solves the problem of vehicle road coordination and the problem of vehicle and road data connection. By connecting these two data, we can provide V2I and I2V, which are related applications of infrastructure to vehicle, which will improve the safety and efficiency of traffic. I remember that at a meeting a few days ago, Wu Hequan, a famous academician of ICT in our country, said a sentence, which I felt very much. He said that in fact, in addition to providing some applications for you, we think the development of automotive electronics is also a very important original intention. We can see that the actual development of the whole Internet of vehicles has always been accompanied by the "four modernizations" of the whole automobile industry, its networking, intelligence, electrification and sharing. The development of "four modernizations" has put forward new requirements for the automobile itself, including automobile electronics, network, etc. On the Internet side, China has developed well in recent years, especially our 4G and 5g, which are indeed in the leading position in the world. In terms of automobile electronics, although our automobile supply chain has developed rapidly for a long time, it is still in its infancy in the whole global industrial chain. In the opportunity of "four modernizations", we can see that there are some manufacturers in our country, of which I think Huawei is the most deeply touched one. We can see that Huawei also saw it in the meeting of the other two days, Now in terms of cloud, we can see the picture in the upper right corner. In terms of cloud, there are cloud platforms, including network technology. At the same time, MDC is put forward in the aspect of computing platform. In the aspect of control and intelligent cockpit, including some manufacturing of lidar and millimeter wave radar sensors, it has formed a very important combination. Therefore, in the development of technology, we can see that some enterprises in our country are also making continuous progress. We can see that the whole development of intelligent and networked collaboration has become a more recognized solution for automatic driving and landing in the industry. Vehicle road coordination is not only promoted by the Ministry of industry and information technology through the technology of c-v2x. This year, we saw the Ministry of transport. In his transportation power, he also mentioned the development of automatic driving and vehicle road coordination technology, which is also an important point for the development of intelligent transportation in the future. In the past, it can be seen that the architecture of the whole technology has both ends and pipes. At that time, the pipes were 2G, 3G and 4G. Now with the development of the cloud, the end, pipe and cloud architectures have been formed. At the same time, due to the extremely short time delay required by the car, the four-tier collaborative structure of the end, side, pipe and cloud is an important structure for our current technology development. At the same time, we can also see that because of the continuous networking and extension of the Internet of vehicles, it involves more and more fields, so there are more and more subjects, and the integration, integration and coordination between them are more and more important. Now I will talk about the general trend of definition, technology and application. I want to talk about the government. In the past two years, the government has also been constantly promoting the continuous improvement of laws, regulations and policies related to the Internet of vehicles. We can see that under the national manufacturing power, a special committee for the Internet of vehicles has been established, which has more than 20 departments, including the Ministry of natural resources and other relevant departments, to jointly promote the development of the relevant Internet of vehicles. First of all, we will continue to strengthen the coordination and cooperation of departments, and strive to solve the test of intelligent Internet connected automobile expressway, including the application of automatic driving map promoted by us today, including some roads of network infrastructure vehicle road coordination, key problems of intelligent transformation, to promote the development of the whole, and to promote the interconnection of data. Recently, we have also issued the action plan for the development of the Internet of vehicles industry, and various localities have also issued relevant provincial action plans to implement the provincial action plans issued by the Ministry. In terms of standards, we have basically completed the technical standards of c-v2x, and now there are some standards on application level and interworking level in progress. For the construction of the pilot area, Deqing is also one of the national pilot areas for the Internet of vehicles. In addition, Wuxi is also in the process of application, and we have discussed the plan. Suzhou, two days ago, I saw that they proposed the construction of the leading area in the province. Therefore, at the national and provincial levels, the construction of the leading area of the Internet of vehicles is constantly advancing. At the same time, the development of the Internet of vehicles needs relatively solid infrastructure. Therefore, on the one hand, we need to build the network infrastructure, not only the general network, but also some short-distance vehicle road coordination related networks to break through some bottleneck problems. In the construction of big data and cloud platforms, it is not only a single platform, but also a cross industry platform. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure the government's monitoring and management on this platform. There are also some related technologies, such as edge computing, which need continuous breakthroughs. On this basis, build an intelligent and high-quality infrastructure to lay a good foundation for the development of the Internet of vehicles industry. That's what I'm talking about today. thank you!
