Renault group and auto recently held the inauguration ceremony of alliance innovation lab Tel Aviv in atidim Park, Tel Aviv. The center will work to accelerate the creation of a unique partnership model between Renault Nissan Alliance (hereinafter referred to as "alliance") and Israeli start-ups, as well as an exclusive partnership with the Israeli Innovation Agency (IIA). Renault Nissan Mitsubishi alliance set up Alliance Innovation Center Alliance Innovation Lab Tel Aviv in Tel Aviv, Israel, focusing on developing sensors for autonomous driving, network security and big data. The alliance is currently working with Israeli start-ups to test and conduct joint prototype projects from more than ten different stages, including Apollo power, Argus, autotalks, Brightway vision, electron, enigmatos, IRP systems, Karamba, moodify, Saferide and upstream. Located in the atidim Park, the center is dedicated to the proof of concepts (POCS) under ideal conditions and to jointly build a prototype in the Tel Aviv smart city experimental area. The center covers an area of 1600 square meters. It can not only provide a site for start-ups to use real vehicles for technical testing, but also make it into an integrated office space through a real ecosystem. The Alliance Innovation Center Tel Aviv will also work closely with alliance venture capital companies to invest in start-ups, technology-based enterprises in the initial stage and entrepreneurial talents, with an investment volume of up to US $1 billion in five years.
