In the announcement, the Ministry of industry and information technology publicized the change information of the new vehicle production enterprises and the enterprises that have been admitted. According to the list of enterprise access information to be changed, "Hebei Yujie Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as "Hebei Yujie") is to be changed to "Lingtu Automobile Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as "Lingtu automobile"). This means that Hebei Yujie will officially change its name to Lingtu automobile, and Hebei Yujie, which has been in the low-speed electric vehicle market for many years, may become a history. Under the influence of, Lingtu K-ON signed a joint venture framework agreement with Hebei Yujie on July 16, 2017, and will acquire 25% equity of Hebei Yujie by cash capital increase. According to the content of the joint venture agreement at that time, Hebei Yujie's fuel consumption positive points will be all directly transferred to Great Wall Motor, and "no charge". In terms of positive points of new energy vehicles, Hebei Yujie promised to "give priority to selling to Great Wall Motors under the same conditions". However, due to the unclear control policy of low-speed electric vehicles, Hebei Yujie did not obtain new energy points. According to Hebei Yujie's official statement, "Leadway holdings will be invested and established by Great Wall Motors and many domestic institutions.
